BIGWOOD (Middlesex, Brentford)I beg to ask the Secretary to the Treasury, as representing the Postmaster General, whether it is possible to improve the collection and delivery of letters, which have been for so long a time defective, in Norwood Green, Middlesex; and, if it be possible, whether the Department will proceed forthwith to make the necessary improvement.
