I beg to ask the Secretary to the Treasury, as representing the Postmaster General, if the London postmen whoso deliveries have been protracted by the recent removal to St. Martin's-le-Grand, and particulars of whose cases have already been submitted to him, are to be paid for the overtime thus worked.
