§ SIR WILLIAM WEDDERBURNI beg to ask the Secretary of State for India whether he is aware that in April last several Members of the Canadian House of Commons urged the Colonial Government to make a substantial grant to the Indian famine fund; and that the Premier, in reply, announced that the Government was in communication with the Homo authorities on the subject; and whether he can state what was the result of this communication.
