RUSSELL,) Tyrone, S.I cannot give the information asked for as regards the 1st July, nor have the Local Government Board any recent Return as to the number of cases in workhouses and infirmaries. I may, however, state that on the 16th June last the number of these cases in metropolitan poor-law schools and under the managers of the Metropolitan Asylum District appears to have been 304.
