§ MR. STEADMANI beg to ask the Secretary to the Treasury, as representing the Postmaster General, if he will lay upon the Table of the House a copy of the Treasury Minute or Minutes orginally issued regulating the grant and withdrawal of postmen's stripes.
§ MR. HANBURYThere is no Treasury Minute on the subject. The award and forfeiture of good conduct stripes are now regulated on the recommendation of the Tweedmouth Committee.
