§ THE FIRST LORD OF THE ADMIRALTY (Mr. G. J. GOSCHEN,) St. George's, Hanover Squaresaid that, unfortunately, the Navy Estimates would not be able to be taken on Friday next, as the Memorandum which had been promised would not be ready. The Home Office and Local Government Board Votes would therefore be taken on that day, and the Leader of the House would put down the Navy Estimates at the earliest possible date.
