§ MR. MACALEESEI beg to ask the. Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland if he can see his way to add to the Local Government (Ireland) Amendment Bill a clause to assimilate the law in Ireland to that of England in reference to the use of locomotives on public roads.
