JAMES O'CONNOR) (Wicklow, W.I beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland whether he will favourably consider the request of the fishermen of Arklow for the repeal of the laws prohibiting drift-net fishing between sunrise and sunset, as stated in their petition presented to this House.
