FLAVINAt the same time, may I ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland whether he is aware that dissatisfaction exists in certain districts in Ireland owing to the discrepancies which exist in results in National schools between the years 1898 and 1899; and whether, owing to the alleged grievances of National school teachers, he will consider the advisability of consulting with them as to the fairness of taking an 962 average, as a means of ascertaining their future salaries, of the years 1897, 1898, and 1899?
