SCOTT MONTAGU (Hampshire, New Forest)I beg to ask the Under Secretary of State for War whether, in view of the fact that Section 423 of the Queen's Regulations is habitually infringed by all ranks in Her Majesty's Army, from generals to privates, he will consider the advisability of enforcing the said regulation, modifying it, or abolishing it.
