CARVELL WILLIAMS (Nottinghamshire, Mansfield)I beg to ask the First Lord of the Treasury whether the Governors of Queen Anne's Bounty have assented to the proposed inquiry into the constitution of the Board; and whether the inquiry will be enlarged so as to include the powers as well as the constitution of the Board.
