County Courts Act, 1888, and Supreme Court of Judicature (Officers) Act, 1879.—Copy of Order made by the Lord Chancellor, dated 26th September, 1899, directing that the Registrar of the County Court, of Warwickshire, held at Birmingham, shall not practise as a solicitor, and that section 20 of the Supreme Court of Judicature (Officers) Act, 1879, shall not apply to the office of Registrar of the said County Court.
