Resolutions reported from the Committee;—

1. "That, in the case of the Dublin Electric Lighting Petition, the Standing Orders ought to be dispensed with: — That the parties be permitted to proceed with their Bill."

2. "That, in the case of the Aberdeen Corporation Tramways Petition, the Standing Orders ought to be dispensed with: —That the parties be permitted to proceed with their Bill, provided that the powers to construct Tramway No. 6 are struck out of the Bill: —That the Committee on the Bill do report how far such Order has been complied with."

3. "That in the case of the Newry, Keady, and Tynan light Railway Petition, the Standing Orders ought to be dispensed with:—That the parties be permitted to proceed with their Bill, on condition that the words in Clause 21 of the Bill "or the Urban Council may, if they so think fit, include the amount to be raised by such rate in the sums to be raised by means of the Newry Town Kate, and such amount shall accordingly be raised as part of the Newry Town Rate, and in such case any statutory or other limit of the Newry Town Rate shall not apply in respect of the amount so to be raised "shall be struck out of the Bill: — That the Committee on the Bill do Report how far such Order has been complied with."
