§ MR. WEIRI beg to ask the First Lord of Treasury whether he is aware that irregularities occurred in connection with the last election of burgh commissioners for Cowdenbeath, Fifeshire; and, having regard to the fact that working men candidates are not in a position to petition the Court, will he consider the advisability of introducing legislation such as will meet the difficulty.
