SYDNEY BUXTON () Tower Hamlets, PoplarI beg to ask the Vice-President of the Committee of Council on Education whether, where a school board superannuation fund is augmented out of the rates, a teacher who is in receipt of such a pension could, if he had also accepted the Treasury scheme, be eligible for both pensions.
§ SIR J. GORSTThe position of a teacher in relation to the Treasury scheme of pensions would not he prejudiced by reason of his receipt of a pension from a school board superannuation fund.
