M'GHEEI beg to ask the Secretary to the Treasury, as representing the Postmaster General, whether he is in receipt of a petition, forwarded on 15th November, 1899, from the female telegraphists at Liverpool, in reference to the amalgamation of counterwomen and female telegraphists; and whether he is now in a position to reply to the same.
