Prince George, High Commissioner of Crete, upon the administration of that island, together with a memorandum by the financial adviser to the Cretan Government upon the revenue and expenditure and judicial and executive services during the year 1899, as well as any other information suitable for presentation to Parliament communicated to Consul General Graves by the High Commissioner.
