BIRRELL (Fifeshire, W.)I beg to ask the Secretary of State for the Colonies whether the letter printed upon page 38 of Cd. 43, the recently issued South African Further Correspondence, and forwarded by the Governor of Natal, comes from the same Mr. Tatham who is mentioned in the despatch of the Governor dated 4th January, 1896, from which an extract is to be found upon page 25 of Parliamentary Paper [C. 8063], of 1896.
