§ CAPTAIN NORTON () Newington, W.I beg to ask the Under Secretary of State for War whether he can state how many of the 98,000 men of the Regular Army now remaining in these islands are over twenty years of age, of good 365 character, fully trained as efficient soldiers in all respects, and could pass the medical examination as regards fitness to proceed to the front in South Africa.
