They report that about seventy-five light coloured horse-rugs have been issued, as enough ordinary rugs were not at the time procurable. They will be replaced from the depot. As regards greatcoats, none of khaki colour have been issued. The authorized colours are navy blue and dark grey. If any black ones have been supplied, the number must have been small.
