Salford, I beg to ask the Under Secretary of State for War whether, seeing that several changes recently made in the officers commanding the several divisions and brigades in the army on the Modder River, the supreme command of which has recently been taken over by Lord Roberts, he is in a position to give the names of the several officers at present commanding divisions, and brigades in that army.
