I beg to ask the Vice-President of the Committee of Council on Education whether the four artists recently appointed as a council of advice for art matters relating to the Science and Art Department will be at liberty to advise on administrative or departmental questions concerning the Art Museum; whether they will advise on the authenticity of objects offered for purchase; whether they are to be paid for their services; and whether they will meet at regular intervals.

The answer to the first paragraph is No. The answer to the second paragraph is that they will advise on the artistic value of objects. The answer to the third paragraph is in the affirmative. The answer to the fourth paragraph is that they will meet at regular times, and also whenever required.
