DALY (Monaghan, S.)I beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland, whether seeing that recently gentlemen differing politically from the Government have been promoted to be judges in England and Scotland, he can state when the same rule will be adopted by the Government 1241 in Ireland as that adopted by the Government in England and Scotland in this matter.
