§ "To authorise the Great Eastern Railway Company to make further railways, widenings, and works; to confirm an agreement between the company and the 1202 Hertford County Council, and the Epping Rural District Council and other parties; and to authorise the company and the said County Council and District Council to construct roads in accordance therewith; to extend the time for the purchase of lands for and for the completion of part of an authorised railway; to confer further powers upon the company; to provide for the transfer to the company of the undertaking of the Northern and Eastern Railway Company; and for other purposes," read the first time; and referred to the Examiners of Petitions for Private Bills.
