I beg to ask the Under Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs whether he will communicate to the House the terms in which the Government expressed regret to Germany for the exercise of the maritime right of search exercised in the case of the "Bundesrath" and "Herzog," or will lay upon the Table of the House a copy of any communications that may have passed between the two Governments on the subject.
