I beg to ask the Secretary to the Treasury, as representing the Postmaster General, whether he is now ready to issue the tariff and regulations of the Post Office London Telephone Exchange.

The tariff and regulations for the Post Office London Telephone Exchange system are practically complete; but until the work of constructing the main system is also completed, it has been thought better not to publish the details of the scheme prematurely.
