HC Deb 02 February 1900 vol 78 c451
MR. MAURICE HEALY

I beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland whether he will arrange to continue the Return of Rules and Orders issued under the Irish Local Government Act down to date.

MR. G. W. BALFOUR

There is no objection, in principle, to the preparation of the return referred to in the question, but I should like to look a little further into the matter with a view to ascertain how many rules and orders have been issued since the first return was laid, and to see whether it might not be better to defer the presentation of the continuation return until it can be presented in a fairly complete form.
