JOHN DEWAR (Inverness-shire)I beg to ask the Lord Advocate whether the Government will publish, or allow to be copied, the full text of the Report, dated 28th December, 1897, by Sheriff Campbell, Stornoway, and the papers and proceedings of the inquiry on which the Report was based, in regard to an outbreak of infectious disease in South Uist, in Inverness-shire, which are referred to in the Fourth Animal Report (year 1898) of the Local Government Board of Scotland.
