§ SIR BARRINGTON SIMEON (Southampton)I beg to ask the Secretary of State for War whether the Government will bring home in troopships free of cost such British or Irish Volunteers as have served in colonial regiments during the war, and who have obtained their discharge in South Africa, such Volunteers having gone out from England at their own expense in order to join some colonial regiment.
