§ SIR M. HICKS BEACHThe subject referred to no doubt deserves consideration, but, as I have stated before in reply to the hon. Member, I think it must be considered rather in connection with local taxation, to which the proceeds of these licences are at present devoted, than in connection with Imperial taxation.
