HC Deb 11 December 1900 vol 88 c510
MR. MORRIS (Galway)

I beg to ask the First Lord of the Treasury whether the Board of Admiralty will as soon as possible take the necessary steps to commence the erection of a new coastguard station at Galway.

MR. A. J. BALFOUR

Steps have been taken, but the question when the erection of the new buildings will be proceeded with depends on the relative importance of the work as compared with other pressing requirements of the coastguard in Ireland.
