Member for North Kerry, I beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland whether he is aware that in a case of trespass between Mr. Warden and another, heard at the Sneem Petty Sessions, county Kerry, the local district inspector of police took part on the side of Mr. Warden, who is a local 787 landlord; whether it is usual for police officers to act in this way on a private trespass summons; and, if the matter be denied by the local officer, will the constabulary authorities grant an inquiry into the case.
