LLOYD MORGAN (Carmarthenshire, W.)I beg to ask the President of 645 the Local Government Board whether the question in dispute between the Local Government Board and the Treasury, in reference to the pension of Miss Bryant, the late matron of Her Majesty's prison, Carmarthen, has yet been settled; and, if so, whether he will state the result; and whether he is aware of the fact that, pending the settlement of the question, Miss Bryant is inadequately provided for.
