§ MR. BOULNOIS (Marylebone, E.)I beg also to ask the First Commissioner of Works whether facilities will be afforded for Members of Parliament to witness the inspection of the officers and men of H.M.S. "Powerful" on the 7th May by the First Lord of the Admiralty.
