Committee to consider of authorising the issue, out of the Consolidated Fund, of such sums as may be required for the purposes of any Act of the present Session for the acquisition of property for building a new Land Registry Office and other Public Offices in London, and of authorising the Treasury to borrow money by means of Terminable Annuities, such Annuities to be paid out of moneys to be provided by Parliament, and, if those moneys are insufficient, out of the Consolidated Fund (Queen's Recommendation signified), upon Thursday, 26th April.—(Secretary Sir Matthew White Ridley.)
