M'KENNA (Monmouthshire, N.)I beg to ask the Under Secretary of State for War whether, in view of the manner in which the work of the Railway Department in South Africa has been conducted, any public recognition will be made of the services rendered by Mr. T. R. Price, chief traffic manager of the Cape Government Railways, and the other responsible officials.
§ MR. WYNDHAMWhile highly appreciating the services referred to, it would be premature for the Government to consider such a matter at the present moment.
