§ MR. WILLIAM REDMONDI beg to ask the Secretary to the Treasury, as representing the Postmaster General, if he will favourably consider the establishment of a sub-post office in Mill Street, Ennis.
§ MR. HANBURYI find that the proposed site would be less than 300 yards distant from an existing town sub-office in Jail Street, and only a little more than that distance from the head office. It is considered that in having two post offices a town of the size of Ennis is sufficiently well served, this accommodation being quite equal to what is usually afforded at towns of similar size and importance.
§ MR. WILLIAM REDMONDThey want three.
