Member for Bedford, I beg to ask the First Lord of the Admiralty whether it is intended to fill up the post, which will shortly become vacant, of Storekeeper General of Naval Ordnance by the appointment of one of the officers who were transferred to the Naval Ordnance Department from the War Department in 1891, or from any other source.
MR. GOSCHENIt is premature to put such a question, as the period of service of the present Storekeeper General of Naval Ordnance will not expire for some time.
