§ MR. WEIRI beg to ask the Lord Advocate whether, in view of the fact that during the year 1899 the Fishery Board cruisers observed twenty-two German, ten Belgian, eight Danish, five 1069 French, four Dutch, and three Norwegian trawlers in the Moray Firth, he will state the number of days on which trawlers of each nationality were observed.
§ THE LORD ADVOCATE (Mr. A. GRAHAM MURRAY,) ButeshireI am informed by the Fishery Board for Scotland that the details asked for by the hon. Member could not be given without going over the logs of the cruisers for the whole of the year, and the Secretary for Scotland does not consider that there is sufficient ground for requesting them to do so.
