STANHOPE (Burnley)I have a question to put to the First Lord in reference to a notice of motion I propose to put on the Paper for the presentation of all correspondence between the Colonial Office and Mr. Hawksley, acting as solicitor for Mr. Rhodes, from May 1 to December 31, 1896. As this matter has been called a mare's nest, I wish to ask if this correspondence will be given as an unopposed return.
