§ MR. HANBURY (for the PRESIDENT of the BOARD of TRADE)No application for the erection of a beacon on Sgixda Rock has been received from the Northern Lighthouse Commissioners. The matter is one for the consideration, in the first instance, of those Commissioners, as the Board of Trade have no power to initiate.
