HC Deb 19 May 1899 vol 71 c1030
MR. DOUGHTY

I beg to ask the President of the Board of Trade whether, early after the Whitsuntide holidays, he will introduce the Bill for preventing the sale of immature fish, which has been passed ill the House of Lords unanimously in four successive Sessions, and on three occasions as a Government Departmental and secure for it such precedence as shall ensure it passing into law.

MR. HANBURY (for the PRESIDENT of the BOARD of TRADE)

I am not in a position to make any announcement on the part of my right honourable friend.
