§ THE SECRETARY OF STATE FOR INDIAIt is true that the Post Office at Muscat is worked as a branch of the Indian Post Office, but the Imperial penny postage scheme is intended for correspondence between the various portions of the British Empire, among which Muscat cannot be included.
