§ MR. WEIRI beg to ask the Lord Advocate, in view of the fact that a conference of several European Powers will shortly assemble for the purpose of discussing questions affecting the fishing industry, will the Secretary for Scotland consider the expediency of calling upon the Fishery Board to report as to whether it is desirable in the interests of Scottish fisheries that the three-mile limit should be extended?
MR. GRAHAM MURRAYAs the Secretary for Scotland is already informed of the views of the Fishery Board on the subject alluded to by the honourable Member and is in constant communication with them he sees no necessity for calling for a special Report at the present time.
