WEIRI beg to ask the Lord Advocate whether the Congested Districts Board have yet made any arrangements for the erection and formation of fishermen's dwellings and holdings, as provided for under section 4, sub-section (e), of the Congested Districts {Scotland) Act, 1897; and, if so, in what districts?
MR. GRAHAM MURRAYI am informed by the Congested Districts Board that they have resolved to try an experiment in the direction indicated in the Question of the honourable Member, and they expect soon to be in a position to give further information, but it is impossible to do so in the present stage of the negotiations.
