The Returns, which must be included in the Report, are not yet all complete.
§ SIR BARRINGTON SIMEONMay I ask whether an assurance can be given that the Report for 1898 will be out in time for discussion on the Estimates?
§ MR. COLLINGSIt is difficult to say; it depends on the receipt of certain returns from different parts. The Inspector has been specially requested to do his utmost to get them in.
