I beg to ask the Secretary to the Treasury if he will state what feu duty or other payment was made in each of the ten years prior to the 1st April 1896 by the lessee of parts of the Crown lands and estate and fishings of Lochcarron, now known as the estate of Edderacharron, Ross-shire, referred to on page 25 of the Forty-sixth Annual Report of the Commissioners of Woods and Forests?

The lands and fishings referred to do not belong to the Crown. A feu duty, amounting to £1 13s. 4d. per annum, was paid for 10 years prior to 1st April 1896 by the Crown Vassal.
