WEIRI beg to ask the Lord Advocate whether the Congested Districts Board have yet been able to make arrangements for the erection and formation of fishermen's dwellings and holdings, as provided for under Section 4, Subsection (e), of the Congested Districts (Scotland) Act, 1897; and if so, in what districts.
