§ MR. CALDWELLThe object of this Bill is to remedy an error in the Bill of last year. A similar Bill was introduced to amend the Metropolitan Police Bill, and no doubt next session another Bill will be introduced to amend the Inebriates Act Amendment Bill, and that is the way legislation in this House is conducted.
