§ MR. DUNCOMBE (Cumberland, Egremont)On behalf of the hon. Member for the Ecclesall Division of Sheffield I beg to 1485 ask the Secretary of State for the Colonies whether some compensation will be claimed on behalf of the widow of Mr. Edgar, who was shot dead in his own house by a Boer policeman.
